Job summary

Global Partners LP in Williston, VT seeks a Guest Service Supervisor to lead store operations and staff, ensuring customers have an enjoyable shopping experience. You’ll supervise daily tasks, coach employees, greet guests, and enforce safety, security, quality, and policies, while maintaining cash controls and POS accuracy.

This role supports 24/7 guest service programs, replenishes stock, responds to inquiries, coordinates with vendors, and helps sustain clean, in-stock conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be efficient and organized.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to access all areas of the store and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure they perform all duties set by management.
• Coach employees by giving constructive feedback.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies and practices.
• Operate the point of sale and maintain cash accuracy.
• Maintain store housekeeping and 24/7 guest service execution.
• Handle cash processes including deposits, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and vendor checks per guidelines.
