Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management seeks a Front Desk Supervisor to lead daily front desk operations and ensure exceptional guest service. You will oversee registration, payments, and guest inquiries, while guiding staff across shifts.

The role requires proactive leadership, effective communication, and adherence to brand standards. As a key liaison, you will train new agents, manage guest issues, and maintain safety and security procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Ability to deal with customers with diplomacy and patience.
• Two years related front desk/supervisor experience.
• Proficient calculator and basic arithmetic.
• Ability to input information using a computer system.
• Good hearing/vision for safety and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide clear directions to staff.
• Oversee registration, room assignments, and guest billing.
• Assist with check-in/out and address guest concerns.
• Respond to phone inquiries professionally in English.
• Train and supervise front desk staff; ensure brand standards.
• Maintain safety procedures and incident reporting.
