Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management seeks a Front Desk Supervisor to lead the hotel front desk team with a focus on delivering consistent, high-quality guest service. You will supervise clerks, train staff, and ensure accurate check-in/out, cash handling, and proper use of our computer systems.

This full-time role requires strong communication, a proven track record in front desk operations, and flexibility to cover various shifts in a 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Two years combined prior front desk and supervisor experience.
• Ability to effectively deal with customers with tact and diplomacy.
• Ability to input information using a moderately complex computer system.
• Ability to read, listen, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations and supervise clerks to ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes.
• Provide friendly, accurate information on outlets, hours, and local attractions.
• Verify and imprint credit cards and balance cash/house accounts.
• Maintain room keys, visitor records, and post charges to guest accounts.
• Assist in staff training and adherence to brand standards.
• Ensure safety and security procedures are followed by all staff.
