Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead daily front desk operations and ensure exceptional guest service. The role requires directing staff, managing check-in/check-out, and handling guest inquiries with a positive, professional attitude.

The candidate should have prior front desk supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and be proficient with POS and PMS systems. This on-site role supports hotel operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff.
• 2 years front desk and supervisory experience.
• Strong math and cash handling skills.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage front desk operations.
• Direct and train front desk clerks; monitor performance and attendance.
• Process registrations, assign rooms, and handle bills and refunds.
• Respond to guest issues promptly and resolve complaints.
• Oversee night audit and PBX duties as needed.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure smooth check-in/check-out.
