Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts, in partnership with The Westin Riverwalk Hotel, seeks a Front Office professional to assist the Front Office Manager in delivering exceptional guest service. Based in San Antonio, you will help manage the arrival and departure experiences while upholding brand standards and corporate policies.

This role requires strong communication, basic math, and computer skills, with a focus on accuracy, courtesy, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience in hospitality or a related industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patience and diplomacy.
• Basic mathematical skills and accurate calculator use.
• Ability to operate a moderately complex computer system and input data.
• Physical ability to stand, walk and work behind the front desk.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide clear directions to staff.
• Oversee check-in/check-out processes efficiently.
• Assist Front Office Manager in daily operations and guest needs.
• Resolve guest issues through thorough research and suitable solutions.
