Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk agents to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Respond professionally to arriving, departing and in-house guests with accurate information and services.
• Maintain a friendly and warm demeanor at all times; set the standard for guest relations at the Front Desk.
• Oversee check-in/check-out processes for guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Assist in training of new hires and current associates on a regular basis.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards, SOPs and protect company assets.
