Job summary

Global Partners LP Guest Service Supervisor role seeks a leader to supervise staff, coach teams, greet guests, and uphold safety and store policies. The role emphasizes strong customer service and cash handling in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage POS operations, ensure product replenishment, address guest inquiries, and coordinate with vendors to support daily store performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and access all store areas
• Must be 18+ and have reliable transportation
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure tasks meet management standards
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members
• Greet guests and ensure a positive shopping experience
• Enforce safety, security, quality, and store policies
• Operate POS and manage cash levels
• Maintain store housekeeping and 24/7 guest service programs
• Handle cash deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks
• Restock products to maintain in-stock conditions
• Address guest inquiries and vendor check-ins
