Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts at Hilton Airport Atlanta is seeking a friendly guest services associate to support the front desk operations. You will greet guests, input data, assist with room availability and rates, and ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience in hospitality or similar.
• Ability to input information accurately using a moderately complex computer system.
• Strong communication skills, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly welcome.
• Input and retrieve guest information at check-in/check-out.
• Process payments and balance cash drawer.
• Explain outlet hours and local attractions to guests.
• Assist guests with room selection based on preferences.
• Promote HEI Hotels and Resorts programs and offerings.
