Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Massachusetts to drive top-tier guest experiences and support store operations. You will greet guests, handle POS transactions, replenish stock, and assist with vendor coordination and safety procedures.

This role requires flexibility for varied hours, basic computer skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Training and onboarding support are provided by the company.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies and practices.
• Operate the point of sale and maintain cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete all store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and supplies to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns with store management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects as assigned.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may ONLY use OSHA approved knives.
