Job summary

Global Partners LP in Massachusetts seeks a friendly Guest Service Associate to greet guests and deliver a positive shopping experience. You will help with store operations including stocking, cleaning, and cashier duties to support a smooth customer experience.

The role requires flexibility to work various hours, basic computer skills, and reliable transportation, with the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Training and onboarding support may be provided.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours that may include day, nights, weekends, and or holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies and procedures.
• Operate the point of sale and maintain cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping tasks and replenish products to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor-related concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
