Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Massachusetts to deliver a top-notch guest experience while completing store tasks. You will greet guests, operate the POS, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, handle basic computer functions, and support management with vendor coordination and in-store merchandising.

The role requires flexible hours, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and climb ladders.
• Ability to read and write for required paperwork.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Support GSA new hire employee's onboarding and training.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate the POS pursuant to corporate standards; maintain cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash removal).
• Replenish products and supplies to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
