Job summary

Global Partners LP in Massachusetts is hiring a Guest Service Associate to enhance the guest experience and support store operations. You will greet customers, operate the point of sale, manage cash and inventory, and assist with store cleanliness and restocking.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours that may include day, nights, weekends or holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate the point of sale and maintain cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and supplies to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor-related concerns to management.
