Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Bridgeport, CT to deliver top-notch guest experiences while handling store tasks. You will greet guests, operate the POS, and support daily store operations to help grow customer satisfaction and sales.

The role requires flexibility for day, night, weekends, and holidays, with strong communication, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or guest service preferred.
• Excellent communication and professional demeanor required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Operate the point of sale with proper cash handling.
• Complete store housekeeping tasks (cleaning, dusting, etc.).
• Replenish products and maintain in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in external/internal vendors as required.
• Assist with gas tank inventory and merchandising projects.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
• Minors may only use OSHA approved knives.
