Job summary

Global Partners LP is hiring a Guest Service Associate in Bridgeport, CT. You will greet guests and ensure a friendly shopping experience while following all safety and store policies.

You will operate the point of sale, maintain cash and other responsibilities, and assist with merchandising and vendor check-ins. This role requires flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, basic computer skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role experience preferred.
• Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system.
• Good communication with customers and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies.
• Operate the POS and maintain cash, lottery, tobacco levels as needed.
• Complete store housekeeping and replenishment tasks.
• Communicate guest requests to management and check in vendors.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising tasks as assigned.
