Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver a top-notch shopping experience and support store operations in Fairfield, CT. You will greet guests, maintain safety and quality standards, operate the POS, manage cash and lottery levels, and help with housekeeping and stocking to ensure in-stock conditions.

• Support store operations including housekeeping and stocking to ensure in-stock conditions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Operate the point of sale with proper cash handling and lottery levels.
• Complete housekeeping tasks (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and maintain stock.
• Communicate with management regarding guest requests and vendor concerns.
• Check in vendors per guidelines.
• Support new hire onboarding and training.
