Qualifications

• Experience as an office manager in a retail setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service focus.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving ability and reliability.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Basic math and computer skills for transactions and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Act as key holder to open/close the store and manage daily operations.
• Serve as inventory captain; perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Receive purchase orders accurately and process them.
• Support events and updates to materials in breakroom/meeting spaces.
• Participate in weekly meetings and conference calls with leadership.
• Order and maintain office supplies; print updated merchandise tags weekly.
• Collaborate with Customer Care to ensure outstanding guest experiences.
