This role requires hands-on leadership, daily collaboration, and timely reporting to help deliver a seamless guest experience and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Open/close the store as a key holder.
• Inventory captain for the store; complete cycle counts promptly.
• Receive purchase orders accurately.
• Work with the management team to prepare for upcoming events and update materials.
• Participate in weekly store meetings and REM conference calls.
• Order and maintain all office supplies; print updated merchandise tags weekly.
• Partner with Customer Care to ensure a great guest experience for each guest.
• Answer incoming calls in a pleasant, professional, and courteous manner.
