Job summary

Broad River Retail seeks a Retail Experience Coordinator to join our Memory Makers team. You will support store operations, manage inventory, and help execute events to enhance guest experiences.

You’ll work with the REM and REM to streamline processes, handle cycle counts, process orders, and maintain organized reports and merchandising materials. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior business office experience in a retail setting.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Open/close the store as a key holder.
• Manage store inventory counts and cycle counts promptly.
• Receive purchase orders accurately.
• Assist in preparing for upcoming events and update materials.
• Participate in weekly retail store meetings.
• Contribute to social media excitement around promotions and events.
• Print updated merchandise tags weekly.
• Keep business office area neat and organized.
• Organize and stock brochures and POP materials.
• Maintain reports and files in an orderly manner.
