Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to elevate the guest experience and support store operations. You will greet guests, assist shoppers, operate the POS, maintain cash and inventory control, and keep the area clean and organized.

This role requires flexible hours, basic computer skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to work in varied temperatures. Training will be provided and growth opportunities exist within the company.

Qualifications

• Ability to greet guests and provide a positive shopping experience.
• Proficiency with basic computer functions for checkout and records.
• Comfort with lifting up to 25 lbs and physical tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Commitment to safety, security, and store procedures.
• Support onboarding and training of new hires.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store policies.
• Operate the point of sale and manage cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
• Perform housekeeping tasks and keep store clean and organized.
• Replenish products and ensure in-stock conditions.
