Job summary

Build-A-Bear Workshop, Inc. is seeking a Full Time Store Manager for The Woodlands Mall to lead the team, drive guest experience, and achieve store goals. You will coach AWMs, schedule staff, manage inventory, and enforce brand standards.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of management experience in a customer-centric business.
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience using POS, scheduling, HRIS, and time-attendance systems.

Responsibilities

Drive sales and team performance by coaching AWMs, SLs, and Bear Builders to deliver an exceptional Guest experience.
Create weekly schedules and assign daily tasks with the Assistant Workshop Manager.
Make hiring and promotion decisions with input from the AWM.
Lead shifts, enforce policies, and escalate issues as needed.
Ensure displays adhere to brand standards and maintain a cohesive store environment.
Oversee inventory management including receiving, stocking, and counts.
Build a high-performing team in partnership with the AWM.
