Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School or GED.
• Minimum 1 year retail or food experience.
• Must complete Assistant Manager Training program.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coaches guests service behaviors and ensures friendly greetings.
• Support Store Manager with training, scheduling, and team development.
• Partner with Store Manager to meet promotions, sales, and controls.
• Maintain appearance and cleanliness of store including coffee/food areas.
• Monitor stock levels, rotate stock, and aim for 100% in-stock.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store Manager.
• Must be able to perform essential functions with or without accommodations.
