Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coach store team on guest service to greet guests warmly and resolve issues.
• Support Store Manager with training, scheduling and building a strong team.
• Help achieve sales goals, promotions, and inventory controls.
• Ensure store cleanliness, coffee station and food service area meet standards.
• Monitor stock in coolers/freezers; maintain 100% in-stock levels.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store Manager or supervisor.
