Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail or food experience with leadership exposure.
• Experience in coaching and developing teams.
• Comfortable with basic computer tasks and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Coaches the store team on guest service behaviours to greet guests warmly.
• Supports Store Manager in training, scheduling, coaching and building a strong team.
• Partners with Store Manager to meet operational and financial objectives.
• Ensures appearance, cleanliness, and stock levels across the store.
• Manages safety programs, inventory and compliance with company guidelines.
