Responsibilities

• Coach team to greet guests warmly and resolve issues.
• Assist Store Manager with training, scheduling and team development.
• Work with Store Manager to achieve sales, promotions and controls.
• Maintain store appearance, cleanliness and stocked coffee/food areas.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, safety and stock levels.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
