Dave & Buster’s in Quincy, MA is seeking a Winner’s Circle team member to greet guests, answer questions and guide them through the Midway experience with enthusiasm and clear communication.

You’ll multitask across guest services, merchandise, and ticketing while stocking displays and keeping areas clean and organized in a fast-paced, friendly environment. A flexible schedule is required and being at least 16 years old is a must.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to work days, nights, and weekends as required.
• Show friendly, approachable demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm.
• Assist guests with questions and make recommendations on items.
• Provide game assistance and notify management as needed.
• Stock, display, and secure merchandise; manage inventory and tickets.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Winner’s Circle.
