Dave & Buster's is hiring for a Winner's Circle role to ensure guests have a positive first impression and welcoming Midway experience. You will guide guests through a fun environment with a focus on communication and service in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include assisting guests, answering questions, managing wait times, keeping supervisors informed, and helping with merchandise and displays. Must be 18+ and able to work in a noisy, active venue.

• Delivers an unparalleled Guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun.
• Keeps supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters and takes corrective action.
• Provides timely and accurate service while managing wait times and communicating information to Guests, Team Members, and Managers.
• Greets Guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm while performing multiple job functions.
• Assists Guests with requests and answers questions, makes recommendations on items.
• Provides game assistance by notifying Support Technicians or Management as needed.
• Bids farewell to Guests and invites them to return.
• Notifies Manager of unhappy Guests.
• Manages tickets and merchandise inventory and conducts inventory.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the Winner's Circle.
• Positions and sets up displays to promote sales.
• Maintains positive working relationships with team members.
