Dave & Buster’s in Louisville, KY is looking for a Winner’s Circle team member to greet Guests, guide their Midway experience, and deliver a welcoming, high-energy Guest experience. This role emphasizes strong communication, multitasking, and friendly service in a fast-paced, fun environment.

You will assist Guests with requests, share recommendations, stock and display merchandise, and work with Team Members and Managers to maintain an upbeat atmosphere. Must be at least 16.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm while performing multiple job functions.
• Assist Guests with requests and recommendations on items.
• Provide game assistance by notifying Support Technicians or Management as needed.
• Maintain merchandise stock, display, and security in all storage areas.
• Reconcile tickets and merchandise inventory; conduct cycle counts when applicable.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the Winner’s Circle and related displays.
