You will greet guests, assist with requests, stock merchandise and help maintain areas, while communicating with team members and managers to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• Must be friendly and able to smile frequently.
• Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm while performing multiple job functions.
• Provides game assistance by promptly notifying Support Technicians or Management as needed.
• Bids farewell to Guests leaving and ensures satisfaction, inviting them to return.
• Maintains a favorable working relationship with all team members and promotes a cooperative climate.
