Job summary

Dave & Buster’s is seeking team members for the Winner’s Circle to ensure Guests receive a welcoming first impression and an engaging Midway experience. You will guide guests through the fun, while delivering exceptional service in a lively environment.

Responsibilities include greeting Guests, answering questions, assisting with game play, and coordinating with Support Technicians or Managers as needed. 18+ required, with a focus on teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an unparalleled Guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun.
• Keeps supervisor informed of problems and takes corrective action or suggests alternatives.
• Provides timely, accurate service while managing wait times and communicating with Guests, Team Members, and Managers.
• Greets Guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm while performing multiple functions.
• Assists Guests with requests and makes recommendations on items.
• Provides game assistance by notifying Support Technicians or Management as needed.
• Bids farewell to Guests and ensures their satisfaction, inviting them to return.
• Notifies Manager of any unhappy Guests.
• Performs proper cost controls by weighing tickets and scanning merchandise.
• Stocking, displaying and securing merchandise; reconciling tickets and merchandise inventory.
• Conducts merchandise inventory during/after shift; checks restocking needs.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the Winner’s Circle and stock levels.
• Positions and sets up displays to increase Guest traffic and sales.
• Assists other Team Members and fosters a cooperative working climate.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
