St. Joseph’s/Candler Health System in Savannah, GA seeks a Guest Services Agent to greet patients, families, and visitors with a warm, scripted welcome and assist with directions, wheelchairs, and escorts.

You will stay informed about facility services and local area resources, maintain dress code, and uphold safety protocols while delivering courteous, proactive service across campuses.

Competenze

• 1-2 Years Customer Service, Retail or other Hospitality - Required

Mansioni

• Greets patients, families, and visitors as they enter facility utilizing scripted greeting. Assists customers with wheelchairs, directions, escorts when necessary, and answers questions in an informed and courteous way. Projects strong commitment to customer service by always projecting a friendly demeanor.
• Continuously seeks information as needed in order to assist patients, families, and visitors. Stays up to date with tenant information for the building assigned to as well as adjacent buildings.
• Stays up to date with all safety protocols and Codes to facilitate assistance as needed if an event occurs.
• Follows all requirements of dress code including use of assigned attire for Guest Services role, standing and not sitting while on duty and no use of personal devices while on the job.
