Job summary

Face Forward Aesthetics in Henderson is seeking a Temporary Front Desk Coordinator to join our team for a full-time period. You will create an exceptional guest experience from arrival to checkout, handle calls, schedule and adjust appointments, and guide guests through services, products, memberships, and promotions.

The ideal candidate brings hospitality or medical aesthetics experience, strong communication, and comfort with scheduling and payment systems.

Qualifications

• Front desk or guest services experience in hospitality, spa, or medical aesthetics.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence with phones, scheduling, payments, and multitasking.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow through.
• Comfort discussing services, products, memberships, and rebooking.
• Professional verbal and written communication.
• Calm, solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with scheduling, POS, and customer management systems.
• Experience with Zenoti or similar platforms is a plus.
• Esthetics license or medical aesthetics background welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage check-in/checkout experiences.
• Answer calls and respond to guest questions with professionalism and urgency.
• Schedule, confirm, and adjust appointments.
• Explain services, products, memberships, and promotions.
• Support rebooking and future appointment scheduling.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate guest information in systems.
• Address guest questions and elevate issues as needed.
• Monitor and optimize daily schedules to improve provider utilization.
• Assist with opening/closing and maintain a professional front desk.
