Job summary

Cosmetic Surgery Center in Virginia Beach is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to deliver an exceptional patient experience from first contact through check-out. You will greet patients, schedule appointments, answer calls and messages, prepare medical documentation, and ensure seamless booking in a fast-paced aesthetic practice.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 2 years of high-end customer service, and 1 year in medical aesthetics or a medical office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of high-end customer service experience.
• 1 year of medical aesthetics or medical office experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to patients in-person, by phone, and via text/email inquiries.
• Educate patients on Cosmetic Surgery Center services, products, and treatment options.
• Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar; oversee the patient schedule for a seamless experience.
• Answer phone calls, messages, and coordinate with staff; ensure prompt delivery to the proper staff.
• Check-in/out patients accurately and schedule follow-up visits; maintain patient flow and records.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the practice, including waiting areas, lobby, front desk, and back of house.
