Job summary

The Summit Hotel is seeking a Guest Services Agent for the second shift to greet guests, handle registrations, and assist with reservations at The Summit Hotel in Cincinnati, OH. The role requires friendly communication, cash handling, and strong guest service orientation.

You will respond to guest requests, coordinate with departments, and contribute to a positive, seamless guest experience on a busy shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Three to twelve months of employment in a related guest relations position or similar.
• Excellent computer and cash handling skills; ability to stand for extended periods; sociable, outgoing, guest service oriented demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest registration, check-ins and check-outs.
• Provide room reservations, quotes, and upsell opportunities.
• Respond to guest inquiries, directions, and local attractions.
