Job summary

Embassy Suites by Hilton Cleveland Rockside is seeking a 2nd shift Front Desk Agent to greet guests and manage registrations at a busy Independence, OH front desk. This full-time hourly role involves accurate checkout, balance of accounts, and warm guest service throughout the shift.

You will handle phone requests, relay messages, and assist guests with local information while maintaining front desk standards and a safe, welcoming lobby environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; preferred.
• Hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong math and calculator skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to use a moderately complex computer system.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and register them in the system with accuracy.
• Post charges and balance house accounts at checkout.
• Answer phones with clear English and relay messages.
• Resolve guest concerns per hotel policies.
• Keep front desk and lobby areas neat and secure.
• Support other front desk staff as needed.
