Job summary

Gallagher Ice Rink at Gallagher Way is seeking a Guest Services Team Member to be the first point of contact for guests, delivering exceptional service with extensive knowledge of programs and offerings.

You will handle registrations, answer questions, and support event activities while maintaining a welcoming, efficient environment for visitors and teams throughout busy days and events.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work with a wide variety of ages from pre-school through adult.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and long hours.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stay focused in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide information and wayfinding.
• Provide courteous, first-in-class guest service.
• Register guests and process payments for leagues, camps, clinics, and drop-in.
• Be knowledgeable about facility programs, pricing, and schedules.
• Operate multi-line phones.
• Record waivers, event information, and scores for tournaments and leagues.
• Enforce venue policies and procedures.
• Complete daily assignments and special projects as needed.
