Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to enhance the guest experience and support store operations. You will greet guests, operate the register, maintain product availability, and help with inventory and merchandising projects.

The role requires flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, basic computer skills, and reliable transportation. You will work in a busy retail environment with opportunities to learn and grow within the merchandising and customer

Qualifications

• Flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Able to work in intermittent temperatures (outdoors, coolers).
• Able to climb ladders and stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
• Access to all store areas including selling floor, stock and register area.
• Accurate counting, reading and writing to complete paperwork.
• Support GSA onboarding and training of new hires.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Operate POS and manage cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Perform store housekeeping tasks (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and maintain in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects.
