Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to enhance the in-store guest experience and support store operations. You will greet guests, assist with shopping, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards while maintaining an organized selling floor.

You will operate the POS, manage cash and engage with vendors as needed, including inventory and merchandising tasks. This role requires flexibility for day, night, weekends, or holidays and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to handle cash and operate POS.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Operate the point of sale and maintain cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
• Perform store housekeeping tasks (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and ensure in-stock conditions at all times.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns with management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects as assigned by management.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
