Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to elevate the guest experience and support store operations. You will greet guests, operate the POS, maintain safety standards, stock, and complete housekeeping and merchandising tasks with accuracy.

You will communicate guest requests to management, check in vendors, and assist with inventory projects. Flexibility for day, night, weekends, and holidays is required; reliable transportation is a must.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or guest service preferred.
• Ability to operate POS and handle cash accurately.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality, and operations policies.
• Operate the POS with accurate cash handling.
• Complete store housekeeping and merchandising tasks.
• Replenish products and maintain in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in vendors per guidelines.
• Support gas tank inventory and merchandising projects.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may only use OSHA approved knives.
