Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to enhance the guest experience and support store operations. You will greet customers, run the POS system, and help maintain a clean, well-stocked store environment.

The role requires flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and holidays, plus the ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform basic computer tasks. You will work closely with management and vendors to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Flexible hours to include day, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic computer tasks and tech usage required.
• Reliable transportation required to attend shifts and store activities.
• Ability to work in varied temperatures and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate the point of sale per corporate standards and manage cash/tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping and stocking to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Communicate with management about guest requests and vendor concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
