Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in Erie, PA seeks a Customer Services associate to deliver a highly satisfying shopper experience while upholding store standards and policies. You will engage customers, promote loyalty programs, and ensure accurate checkout and returns processes.

You will help maintain a clean, organized sales floor, participate in safety and loss-prevention programs, and may cross-train in multiple store areas to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and engage customers.
• Accurately ring up purchases/returns and count change.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain and uphold merchandising procedures and standards.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the floor.
• Assist in store recovery and cleanliness throughout the day.
• Adhere to labor laws, policies and procedures.
• Support and participate in shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives.
