Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with customers and internal teams.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs to customers.
• Maintains merchandising standards and follows procedures for floor readiness.
• Accurately rings purchases, returns, and handles cash according to procedures.
• Supports loss prevention and safety standards to maintain a secure store environment.
• Participates in store recovery and cleanliness throughout the day.
• Assists in store operations as needed to meet business needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
