Job summary

lululemon Educator role is the foundation of our guest experience in our retail stores. Educators are experts in delivering world-class service, sharing top-quality product education, and authentically communicating our community and culture.

You will engage with guests, answer questions, perform transactions, and support store operations while upholding our inclusive, energetic environment. Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the location of the store.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Travel to assigned store not required in CT.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class guest service and engage with guests to understand needs.
• Provide technical product education and articulate product value.
• Process transactions accurately and support omnichannel initiatives.
• Move dynamically on the floor and maintain the luxury store environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and store operations.
• Receive guest feedback and escalate to leadership when needed.
