Qualifications

• Ability to build relationships with customers, peers and leaders.
• Proficiency in Windows, iOS and Android.
• Clear, effective communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and deliver POS/register training for onboarding of new hires.
• Able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Deliver seamless, friendly service by understanding customer needs and owning interactions from start to finish.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns with empathy and sound judgment.
• Accurately process transactions and ticketing using POS and store systems.
• Build relationships with teammates and contribute to a positive, team-focused environment.
• Protect the security and privacy of customer information through education and compliance.
• Promote initiatives such as the Nordstrom Loyalty program and new tools to enhance customer and employee experience.
• Hours vary based on business needs, including evenings and weekends.
