Job summary

Nordstrom is seeking a customer-focused associate to support storefront operations and the guest experience. You will assist customers, process returns, support order pickup, and help with transactions at the register across various store systems.

You will train new hires on POS procedures, maintain accurate inventory, and uphold privacy and security standards. The role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends and a strong team mindset.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to build relationships with customers, peers, and leaders.
• Proficiency in multiple operating systems (MS Windows, iOS, Android).
• Clear, effective communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and deliver POS/register training for onboarding.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
