Job summary

Torchy’s is seeking a Hospitality Team Member in Highlands Ranch, CO. You’ll greet guests, take orders, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout while delivering exceptional hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

You’ll learn the menu, promotions, and dietary options to tailor recommendations. This on-site role emphasizes teamwork, cleanliness, and proactive guest care to keep guests coming back.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a flexible schedule.
• 2 years of work experience providing customer service in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry.
• 2 years of experience using POS (point-of-sale) systems.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry objects up to 40 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, ask questions to understand their needs, offer suggestions, and ensure each transaction is fast and accurate.
• Deliver outstanding hospitality, making each guest feel welcomed and valued from the moment they step into Torchy's.
• Learn the menu and maintain knowledge of current promotions to make personalized recommendations that delight our guests.
• Run food to tables, ensuring correct and speedy service; offer refills and identify opportunities to exceed expectations.
• Ensure all guest-facing areas are neat, clean, and inviting.
• Work collaboratively with managers, the kitchen, and the Hospitality Team to ensure smooth service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
