Qualifications

• Availability to work a flexible schedule.
• Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler’s and Alcohol Server certifications.
• Certification(s) must be obtained by your first day or within the timeline required by your location.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, ask questions to understand needs, offer suggestions, and ensure fast, accurate transactions.
• Deliver outstanding hospitality and make guests feel welcomed and valued from entry to exit.
• Learn the menu and promotions to make personalized recommendations that delight guests and cater to dietary needs.
• Run food to tables, ensure correct orders with speed, offer refills, and exceed guest expectations.
• Keep guest-facing areas neat, clean, organized, and inviting.
• Work collaboratively with managers, kitchen, and Hospitality Team to ensure smooth service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
