Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Familiarity with reservation or property management systems (PMS).

Responsibilities

• Guest Check-In and Check-Out processing with a welcoming approach.
• Manage reservations, cancellations and modifications accurately.
• Respond to guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Handle payments and ensure accuracy per policies.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to resolve issues.
• Provide information on hotel services and local attractions.
• Upsell rooms and hotel amenities to guests.
• Follow safety protocols and verify guest identification.
