Job summary

Bergstrom Kia of Appleton is seeking a friendly receptionist to warmly greet guests, route calls, and support front desk operations in a fast-paced automobile dealership.

You will manage phone systems, assist with data entry and correspondence, keep the lobby welcoming, and collaborate with sales, service, and parts teams to ensure guest satisfaction.

This part-time role offers scheduled hours, starting pay of $15 per hour with a $2 premium on Saturdays, and benefits for eligible team members.

Qualifications

• Experience as a receptionist or front desk role preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Answer and route phone calls professionally; take messages.
• Provide general administrative support (data entry, filing, correspondence).
• Maintain a welcoming front desk and waiting area; offer guest refreshments.
