Bergstrom Genesis of Appleton in Appleton, WI is seeking a friendly receptionist to welcome guests, manage the front desk, answer calls, and support administrative tasks.

This full-time role offers a Mon-Fri 7:00 am to 3:00 pm schedule, a pay range of $15.00-$18.00 per hour, plus an extra $2.00 per hour on Saturdays, and a strong benefits package including PTO, health/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, paid holidays, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as a receptionist, front desk agent, or guest service role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new software and phone systems.

Responsibilities

• Guest Reception: Warmly greet guests as they enter the dealership and direct them to the appropriate department or team member.
• Phone Management: Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner, taking messages and providing information as needed.
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and handling correspondence, to various departments as needed.
• Guest Service: Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and waiting area. Offer guests refreshments and ensure they are comfortable while they wait.
• Coordination: Collaborate with sales, service, and parts teams to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction.
