Job summary

Mall of America is seeking a Guest Services Representative (Part Time) to greet visitors, answer questions, and provide top-notch service at the guest services locations in Bloomington, MN. You will assist with directions, rentals, and problem solving to ensure a positive guest experience.

Ideal candidates have excellent listening and communication skills, cash handling experience, and a willingness to work flexible shifts including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent listening and written and verbal communications skills.
• Prior guest service experience is preferred.
• Prior cash handling experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous service to callers and visitors at guest service locations.
• Greet guests professionally, uncover needs, and problem-solve.
• Assist guests with equipment rentals, directions, and general Mall questions.
• Guide guests with trip planning and local area recommendations.
• Resolve guest concerns using available resources and maintain calm demeanor.
• Handle cash transactions accurately at Mall point of sale systems.
